Residents are concerned about rumours that Tesco is buying the Punch Bowl Hotel, Market Street, Hoylake. They will keep the outside and just revamp the inside. They do not need Planning as it has A1 to A4 usage and an alcohol license.  Local Shops are already struggling as we already have a small Sainsbury's and Co-op.
